Annick has always been fascinated with anatomy, the human body and how it functions. Her curiosity, love for animals and people, naturally lead her in the Health Science field, where she pursued her Bachelors of Science degree in Biochemistry-Nutrition, in Ontario.

When she moved to Alberta for over 20 years she followed her second passion in Real Estate an Construction. But after a few health setbacks and two major sporting injuries she returned into the Science field and in 2018 she founded Citrus Wellness.

While working on putting herself back together and modern medicine failing her, she found the best results for her condition using alternative therapies. Passionate to introduce this healing modality to the world, she went on to become of the first Certified NES Health BioEnergetics Practitioner, in Canada.

In 2021, she became a Registered Massage Therapist from Alberta Institute of Massage and graduated Honors with Distinction. She then continued to expand her massage techniques by learning different modalities such as Advanced Myofascial Cupping, Rapid NeuroFascial Reset, Visceral Manipulation (Barral Institute), Graston Technique and Cranial Sacral Therapy ( Barral Institute).

Today Annick’s focus is to help her clients get to the root cause of their health conditions by helping them heal at a cellular and subconscious level. She provides a very personalized approach to her treatment plans. Everyone is unique and so is everyone’s healing journey. While not working, her favorite things to do is whipping her kids around on the tube enjoying the lake, riding her ATV, gardening, reading, and chilling with her dogs.
